Danielle A. Lennon

While teaching is what I love most, my affection for all things fashionable is a close second. During my college and post-graduate years, I combined my love of teaching and fashion by moonlighting in high-end retail stores like bebe, Sephora and Ann Taylor. Helping women enhance their natural beauty and find the perfect outfit for work and play was the highlight of my summers and evenings after work.

I desire to share my eyewitness account of the city’s growing fashion landscape with others and help them achieve and maintain the style they desire. 

I hold a bachelor’s degree in history education and a master’s in curriculum and instruction, both from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I teach eighth grade history and am happily married to Andre Lennon, a professional engineer. I am also the proud owner of a mischievous Maltipoo named Seven.

Fashion is not my specialty, but writing is. I’m the editor of B.L.I.S. and it’s my job to transform Danielle’s content into an error-free, beautifully coherent read. As one who automatically edits everything my eyes come across, this is the perfect job for me. I also help manage the design side of the blog. 

You can’t beat a fun and informative side gig, and editing B.L.I.S. is definitely both. 

I hold a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I reside in metro Atlanta, where I oversee the content, layout and production for two weekly newspapers, and write for Cobb Life Magazine.
